Catering and bar facilities

Clients using the catering facilities have a wide choice of menus. The menus follow a ‘selector’ approach enabling clients to create menus best suited to their occasion. The menu selectors provide for a full range of events – breakfasts, lunches, drink reception and dinners. For those who prefer pre-set menus, these are available on request.

The conference facilities are supported by full catering and bar services, which can be made available within any of the meeting rooms.

Nut Allergy: Please note that we do not operate a nut free environment; therefore some products may contain or have come in contact with nuts or nut products.

GM Foods: We do not knowingly use GM modified products in our food.

Fairtrade Coffee: Tiki is uniquely triple certified - Fairtrade, organic and Rainforest Alliance. The FAIRTRADE Mark guarantees that coffee producers are paid a fair price. Organic certification guarantees that farmers avoid unnecessary chemicals and pesticides. And the Rainforest Alliance Certification guarantees that natural resources are conserved and wildlife is protected.

Low salt: Please note we use ‘Lo Salt' in all our food preparation.
